THE VPP AND SERVICE ENGINEER**
**SOLRITE** is searching for a **Service Operations Engineer** to manage the production fleet for Solrite.
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor system performance for operational and In Service photovoltaic and battery systems.
- Manage OEM communication and portal management to set operational parameters
- Perform thorough troubleshooting to identify the root cause of equipment failures
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues with equipment performance and production issues
- Coordinate maintenance activities not limited to client scheduling for tech visits
- Identify trends in equipment failures and propose solutions
- Assist in the flow of returned items through the RMA process
- Perform other duties as assigned
- **Minimum Requirements**:
- B.A. or B.S. from an accredited college or university in a business-related field
- 2+ years' experience in project management or coordination
**Preferred Qualifications**
- B.A. or B.S. from an accredited college or university in a business-related field
- Experience with site plans, PV equipment and Service preferred
- **Additional Knowledge,



Skills and Abilities**:
- Ability to adapt and work in an open, fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines
- Knowledge of utility contracts
- Ability to multitask and perform other duties as assigned
**Working Conditions**
- Open-office environment
- Over time available and required as needed
**Physical Requirements**
- Extended periods working at a computer workstation
