We are looking for a proactive, organized, and outgoing woman to join our in-office team as a Provider Relations Coordinator.
This role is idóneo for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently manage multiple tasks at once.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contact and follow up with healthcare providers, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and other medical professionals
- Track and manage follow-ups to ensure timely responses and completion of tasks
- Coordinate multiple conversations, schedules, and updates simultaneously
- Promote company services in a professional and engaging manner
- Build strong relationships with providers through excellent communication and customer service
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and provider satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent
- Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with professionals
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities




- Highly proactive and detail-oriented
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable promoting services/business relationships
- Compassionate personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
- Previous experience in staffing, customer service, healthcare coordination, sales, or provider relations is a plus
