**What you'll do?
**
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues in RESTful APIs to ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot complex incidents in distributed backend architectures using logs and debugging.
- Identify bottlenecks and failures in microservices-based systems and drive improvements.
- Optimize database queries (SQL and NoSQL) to resolve latency and data persistence issues.
- Maintain and update technical documentation (Swagger/Postman) for service consumption.
**What you'll bring**:
- 2-3 years of experience in Level 2/3 technical support or backend development roles.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language: Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), or Go.
- Strong understanding of HTTP/S, JSON, Webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth2/JWT).
- Advanced experience using Postman for API testing and integration validation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and effective communication under pressure.
