**Job Title: Legal Assistant (Case Manager)**
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST
**Position Type**: Full‐Time
**Position Summary**:
This role involves preparing legal documents, managing client communications, coordinating with insurance companies and medical providers, and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare legal documents for insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Scan, upload, and maintain case files in the database
- Prepare demand packages for submission
- Print and organize medical bills, records, and supporting documents
- Maintain confidentiality of all case materials
- Meet with clients in the office and disburse settlement checks
- Support attorneys, office manager, and staff as needed
- Fill in for receptionist or clerical staff when required
- Process faxes and distribute to attorneys and staff
- Complete daily and weekly case management tasks




**Skills & Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a legal support role (personal injury preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and spoken English skills (C1)
- Excellent typing speed and data accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
- Comfortable working in a paperless, technology‐driven office
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing
