**- Manager, Inventory Management Solutions (IMS)**:
Main Summary
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Define and execute the IMS technology roadmap and transformation strategy.
- Ensure scalable and secure integrations between enterprise platforms using APIs, EDI, ESB, and cloud technologies.
- Partner with business leaders to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Build and develop the IMS IT organization, including team structure, governance, and operating processes.
- Manage strategic vendors, technology investments, risks, and delivery performance.
- Promote data governance, master data management, and analytics capabilities across IMS solutions.
**Education and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into technology solutions and navigate a large global enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of SAP ecosystems and integrations.
- Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa or similar solutions.
- Understanding of Supply Chain processes, including inventory, procurement, finance, and planning.
- Experience with integration technologies: APIs, EDI, ESB, middleware, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Data Governance, Master Data Management,
and analytics solutions is desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
**Minimum Work Requirements**:
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications, ERP programs, IT transformation, or Supply Chain Technology.
- Proven experience leading complex technology environments and global stakeholders.
- Experience managing teams, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience supporting end-to-end business processes across Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management.
- Ability to combine strategic leadership with strong technical understanding.
