**Responsibilities**:
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a People Leader, with direct team management responsibilities.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry.
- Intermediate conversational English, with the ability to maintain business-level conversations.
- Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa (Fishbone), Diagram, Root Cause Analysis)
- Basic knowledge of welding processes is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Automotive Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or experience.
- Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO and IATF standards.
- Availability to work under a 4x3 schedule, with monthly shift rotation
**Experience**
- Minimum of year of experience in similar positions.
- Experience in manufacturing quality or operations environments.
