We work with clients primarily in the United States and Mexico.
We are looking for an experienced **Web Designer & WordPress Specialist** to join our growing team on a task-based basis.
The primary focus of this role will be designing, building, and updating client websites and landing pages using WordPress and Elementor.
We are looking for someone who combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of UI/UX and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
This is not simply a role where you will be given designs to implement.
We want someone who can evaluate a website or landing page and proactively recommend improvements to its design, user experience, and conversion potential.
ResponsibilitiesWebsite Design & Development
- Design and build websites and landing pages using **WordPress and Elementor**:
- Create website and landing page designs before development using Figma or another design tool of your choice
- Build responsive designs that work effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Create and update pages for existing client websites
- Implement design changes and content updates
- Build SEO service pages, location pages, and blog content based on provided requirements
- Maintain consistency with client branding and design standards
UI/UX & Conversion Rate Optimization
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve website usability and user experience
- Recommend improvements to page layouts, navigation, calls to action, forms, and conversion paths
- Design landing pages with lead generation and conversion goals in mind




- Review existing pages and suggest improvements that could increase conversions
SEO Implementation
- Implement on-page SEO recommendations provided by the SEO team
- Update page titles, headings, metadata, content, and internal links as needed
- Build and publish SEO-focused service and location pages
- Format and publish blog content according to SEO requirements
- Ensure pages follow established SEO and website structure guidelines
Quality Assurance
- Review completed pages before marking tasks as complete
- Test website functionality across desktop and mobile devices
- Verify links, buttons, forms, and calls to action
- Ensure designs accurately reflect approved requirements
- Correct design or functionality issues identified during QA
Task & Project Structure
This position will initially operate on a **task-based point system**.
Each task will be assigned a predetermined number of points based on its expected scope and complexity.
Examples may include website updates, individual page builds, landing pages, or larger website projects.
Each task will have an agreed-upon due date.
The person in this role will be responsible for managing their workload and completing assigned tasks within the agreed timeframe.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has **5+ years of professional web design experience**:
- Has strong experience with **WordPress and Elementor**:
- Has experience with **UI/UX design principles**:
- Understands **conversion rate optimization (CRO)**:
- Can proactively recommend website and landing page improvements
- Has experience designing pages before development
- Understands responsive web design
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can work independently and manage assigned deadlines
- Is comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
- Has **conversational English proficiency**:
- Is located in Mexico, preferably in the Monterrey area

- Experience designing websites for U.S.based businesses
Tools & Technologies
Experience with the following is preferred:
- WordPress
- Elementor Pro
- Figma or similar UI/UX design tools
- Google Workspace
- HighLevel CRM
- ChatGPT or other AI tools
Work Environment
- Remote position
- Work is assigned and compensated using a task/point-based system
- Tasks must be completed according to agreed-upon deadlines
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $15,****** - $20,****** per month
