- Ensure engineering decisions align with brand pillars: innovation, reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Lead operational optimization initiatives under the Rheem Production System (RPS).
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the process engineering team.
- Drive employee engagement and active participation in process improvement systems.
- Provide tools and guidance for Process Improvement Engineers to execute projects aligned with departmental goals.
- Monitor and manage internal and external process audits, corrective actions, and compliance with ISO ****:****.
- Identify and eliminate production flow obstacles using root cause analysis methodologies.
- Promote and sustain a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across all areas of the company.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in similar positions
- Advanced English




- Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma improvement projects, machinery and equipment certification, and process control.
- Strong competencies in adaptability, problem-solving, effective communication, negotiation, and customer orientation.
- Advanced conversational English with knowledge of ISO ****:**** (Internal or Lead Auditor) and familiarity with Engineering Change Systems, PLM, and Oracle.
