As a Regional Sales Manager - Mexico at NITA Labeling Systems, you will be responsible for growing NITA's revenue and market share across the Mexican territory, with a primary focus on Central and Northern Mexico (including key industrial regions such as CDMX, Estado de México, Bajío, Monterrey, and surrounding areas).
To be successful in this role, you must be able to influence direct customers, establish and manage strong relationships with agents and distributors, and drive sustainable growth in a developing market.
You should possess strong sales management, business development, and communication skills, as well as a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for the growth and development of the Mexican territory.
- Analyze sales channels and partner performance within Mexico.
- Manage external agents and distributors in collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer, including evaluating the need to expand, replace, or discontinue partnerships.
- Promote growth in the assigned territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with end customers and partners.
- Act as the primary liaison between NITA and its agents/distributors in Mexico.
- Identify, approach, and develop potential prospects across the territory.
- Prepare and present accurate quotations for assigned accounts.
- Participate in relevant project meetings, including equipment launches, installations, and customer follow-ups.
- Provide training and ongoing support to sales representatives, distributors, and agents to ensure a strong understanding of NITA labeling systems and solutions.
- Actively participate in weekly sales meetings with the integral commercial team.




- Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, opportunity, and partner information in the CRM system.
- Visit key customers, agents/distributors, and attend trade shows and industry events within Mexico.
- Collaborate with management on strategic sales initiatives, including new product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional offers.
- Facilitate communication between the engineering and sales teams to support new product development and ensure proper technical alignment.
- Support selected sales activities outside of Mexico when required, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented culture under the supervision of the Commercial Director.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in industrial equipment, automation, or packaging-related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional attitude with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience or knowledge of the labeling, packaging, or end-of-line equipment industry is a strong asset.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a developing market while collaborating closely with an international team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Mexico and occasionally internationally.
Pay: $60,****** - $75,****** per month
