**What You'll Do**
As a Manager, you will tackle high-stakes projects that directly influence our operational viability and market growth.
Your key responsibilities include:
- **Impact Analysis**:Partner with Legal and Policy teams to translate pending legislation into operational risk assessments.
- **Strategic Financial Management**: Help define the long-term strategy to optimize how we manage regulatory funds.
- **Risk Mitigation**:
Help define and execute the Compliance and Impound Mitigation Strategy to minimize operational disruptions and financial loss.
- **Growth Partnerships**: Collaborate closely with the Driver Access team to optimize funnel requirements, ensuring seamless compliance without impeding supply growth.
- **Stakeholder Influence**: Serve as a bridge between legal requirements and business operations, translating complex mandates into actionable business plans.
**What You'll Need**
- **Project Management**: Proven track record of leading complex, multi-layered initiatives from conception to execution.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Exceptional ability to influence senior leadership and navigate cross-functional interests (Legal, Ops, Finance, and Public Policy).
- **Language Proficiency**: Native or professional fluency in English.
- **Data Analytics**: Solid foundation in SQL to pull data and inform decision-making.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Data Analytics**: Proficiency in Python or R.
- **Regulatory Expertise**: Experience managing compliance frameworks within a high-growth tech or marketplace environment.
- Experience in the mobility or gig-economy sector.
