**Shift**: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

About the Role: We are looking for a **Mid-Senior Onboarding Coordinator** who can deliver a smooth and positive onboarding experience for newly hired caregivers.
This position requires strong communication, exceptional organization, and the ability to adapt in a fast‐changing environment.Responsibilities
- Guide newly hired caregivers from offer acceptance to orientation day.
- Provide virtual support with onboarding documents and required uploads.
- Track progress to ensure caregivers remain eligible for orientation.
- Reschedule caregiver orientations when needed.
- Notify branches once caregivers are fully cleared (documents + background checks).
- Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure a high-quality onboarding experience.
**Required Skills**:




- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or support roles.
- Strong calendar management and tracking abilities.
- High adaptability to shifting priorities and schedules.
- Excellent communication and customer‐service mindset.
- _Home care experience is not required_.
- **Advanced English C1 is mandatory**.
