**The Role**Conduct **100% remote sales** via telephone and digital channels.
You will be responsible for the entire B2B sales cycle, from cold calling to closing deals within the industrial sector.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 2+ years in B2B telephone sales (industrial sector preferred).
- **Education**: University degree (completed or in progress).
- **Remote Setup**: Stable high-speed internet and a quiet home office environment.
- **Skills**: High self-management, strong persuasion, and technical proficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute outbound sales calls to prospective and existing industrial clients.
- Identify business opportunities and close high-impact deals.
- Manage your client portfolio and ensure consistent post-sale follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Base Salary**: $15,000 MXN / month.
- **Commissions**:Uncapped 5% in USD**.
- **Benefits**: Full legal benefits from day one.
- **Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- **Work Style**: 100% Remote / Home Office.
