Agents will conduct outbound calls to municipal and school district offices to schedule appointments related to employee benefits and insurance program assessments.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to municipal and school district contacts
- Professionally navigate administrative gatekeepers
- Deliver client-approved messaging regarding employee benefits and insurance assessments
- Qualify prospects based on campaign criteria
- Schedule appointments with decision makers
- Accurately document calls and outcomes in the system
- Perform follow-up calls when needed to increase connection rates
Appointment Qualification Goals
Appointments are considered successful when:
- The contact is an authorized decision maker
- Interest is expressed in reviewing current benefits or insurance programs




- A meeting or call is scheduled with our client representative
- Previous call center or telemarketing experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Professional and consultative call approach
- Ability to handle gatekeepers and decision makers
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic computer skills for call documentation
- English proficiency required (bilingual preferred)
