**Role Summary**
As Technical Project Manager, you'll lead multiple concurrent software development projects across internal teams and external partners, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and quality standards.
You'll work closely with engineering teams building in React, TypeScript, and Flutter, facilitate agile ceremonies, and break down complex requirements into actionable work.
This role requires technical fluency, strong coordination skills, and startup adaptability where no task is too big or too small.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead multiple concurrent software development projects with an ownership mindset,
driving them to successful delivery
- Work closely with engineering teams building in React, TypeScript, and Flutter to deeply
understand project requirements, technical challenges, and dependencies
- Remove blockers and create clarity for engineering teams to maintain development
velocity
- Facilitate refinement, planning, and other agile ceremonies, continuously improving team
processes and workflow efficiency
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks,



and opportunities for improvement, and take
initiative to solve problems before they escalate
- Provide clear, proactive status updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and
decisions
- Manage relationships with external partners, integrating their efforts seamlessly into our
development workflow
- Break down complex requirements into well-defined epics and stories that enable teams
to move quickly
- Contribute across the organization wherever needed to support business growth and
team success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or similar role
- Proven track record leading multiple complex software development projects to
successful delivery
- Proficiency with Jira including creating workflows, managing backlogs, and generating
reports
- Skilled at breaking down complex work into epics and stories for development teams
- Experience facilitating estimation sessions and managing project timelines
- Strong understanding of software development concepts including APIs, microservices,
and agile methodologies
- Successfully managed cross-functional collaborations and remote development teams
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, improve processes, and make decisions
independently without being told what to do
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills




**Preferred Experience**
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments where you've built processes from
scratch
- Background in software engineering or technical roles (not required to code, but technical
fluency is valued)
- Experience coordinating testing efforts and ensuring code quality standards
- Experience negotiating with and managing external vendors or development partners
- Track record of implementing process improvements that measurably increased team
velocity or efficiency
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana, etc.) and how to optimize
them for team needs
