We are a newly formed Management Services Organization supporting a network of physician-led regenerative medicine clinics.
The organization focuses on operational excellence, compliant clinical infrastructure, and access to high-quality biologics through vetted laboratory partnerships.
The goal is to standardize and elevate regenerative care delivery across multiple markets.
**Position Overview**
The Regenerative Medicine Specialist will lead sourcing strategy, laboratory partnerships, and biologics oversight across the MSO network.
This role requires deep experience in stem cell science, strong relationships within Mexico-based laboratories and tissue banks, and the ability to align sourcing practices with regulatory frameworks and clinical standards.
This is a build-stage role with direct impact on supply chain integrity, clinical quality, and network expansion.
**Core Responsibilities**
**Laboratory & Supplier Network Development**
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with regenerative medicine laboratories and tissue banks in Mexico
- Conduct due diligence on laboratory capabilities, processing standards, and regulatory standing
- Build and maintain a vetted network of biologics suppliers
**Biologics Sourcing & Oversight**
- Develop sourcing strategies for perinatal and adult-derived biologics (e.g., umbilical tissue, exosome products)
- Oversee chain-of-custody, handling, and quality assurance processes
- Ensure consistency in sourcing across all affiliated clinics
**Regulatory & Compliance Alignment**
- Work within Mexican regulatory frameworks (e.g., COFEPRIS) and align with cross-border operational considerations
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all sourcing and distribution practices meet applicable standards




- Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all supplier relationships
**Clinical Integration**
- Partner with physicians to align biologics sourcing with clinical protocols
- Support training and education for internal teams on biologics use and positioning
**Strategic Development**
- Advise leadership on expansion opportunities, including new lab partnerships and geographic markets
- Contribute to long-term infrastructure planning for in-house or vertically integrated lab capabilities
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and supplier innovations
**Required Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in regenerative medicine, stem cell research, or biologics sourcing
- Established relationships with laboratories, tissue banks, or biologics providers in Mexico
- Working knowledge of Mexican regulatory environment (COFEPRIS) and cross-border healthcare operations
- Experience with supplier vetting, quality control, and chain-of-custody protocols
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or equivalent) in a relevant field
- Experience working with multi-site clinic networks or MSO structures
- Background in laboratory operations, tissue procurement, or biologics manufacturing
- Bilingual (English (C1 Level and Spanish)
