Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up to expedites with Sourcing/suppliers (daily)Prepare information for service Review meeting as cause and action plan (weekly)Review and adjust Safety stock and reorder point (monthly)Analyze and update SAP parameters (quarterly)Participate in transfer product meeting,
provide schedule for pilots (weekly)1:1 with final assy PCAs HandshakeFollow up to critical shortages and provide impact to MPS/InterplantsFollow up to exception messages with team and suppliersFollow up to obsolete/excess partsEnsure delivery confirmations with vendor and reflect dates in SAP (daily)Ensure escalation of critical components as C1,C1A, CSR (daily)Provide blocked invoice solution with vendor and AP (weekly)Purchase requisition conversion to PO (weekly)Follow up to tracking numbers and solve any dock/receive issue with logistics (daily)Ensure STO compliance for raw materials with shipping area (weekly)Follow up STO aging report from internal Rockwell plants (daily)ECO Review with Ops coordinator to assign the correct date (weekly)Create return PO supporting quality team (daily)Attend and participate on Kata meetings (daily)The essentials - You will haveEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Materials Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or a related.5 years of experience as direct buyer.SAP experienceEnglish Advanced LevelExcel advanced levelPurchasing experience in a manufacturing or services environment is helpfulThe Preferred - You Might Also Haveinfluence peers and lead teams.Exposure to concepts of contract negotiation and conflict resolution.Demonstrate project management skillsyou will report to PCA Team Lead.What We OfferSavings Fund doubled by usFood couponsSubsidized cafeteriaTransportation servicesComprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to CalmVolunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employeesEmployee Assistance ProgramPersonalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack programOn-demand digital course library for professional developmentRetirement benefitsLife InsuranceAt Rockwell Automation, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace.
