**Description**:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our **_CSS Team _**at **Marsh Re**.
This role will be based in **Mexico City**.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We are looking for a strategic professional who combines a solid technical expertise with commercial awareness, ideally with direct experience working with global brokers or reinsurance markets.
This role requires a solid experience managing, negotiating, and recovering complex international claims, primarily within Property, Casualty, and Marine lines.
This role will focus on maximizing recoveries, improving timelines, and strengthening relationships with international reinsurers.
**We will count on you to**:
- Lead the full recovery process for complex international claims, from notification to reconciliation and settlement.
- Analyze reinsurance contracts (treaty - proportional and non-proportional) to ensure compliance.
- Manage multilines losses including Property, Casualty, Marine, Energy, and Liability.
- Prepare technical reports, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in strategic negotiations with insurers, and reinsurers to accelerate settlements and resolve disputes.
- Align the recovery and claim process
**What do you need to have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in claims recovery within the insurance, reinsurance, or integral brokerage industry.
- **Great collaboration skills.
**:
- Hands-on experience dealing with reinsurance markets.
- Strong knowledge of Property, Casualty, and Marine claims (additional experience in Energy, Liability, or Special Risks is a plus).
- Advanced understanding of reinsurance contract structures and clauses.
- Advanced English (business negotiation, documentation, and presentations).
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset,



and excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Advanced Excel / Data Management skills — including dashboards, pivot tables, and large data analysis.
- Proven ability to work with and transact directly in claims.
