We are looking for a **Staffing Coordinator** who plays a key role in delivering smooth and efficient hiring experience.
**About the Role**
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day execution of staffing and recruiting processes, working closely with Talent Acquisition, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage assigned requisitions from intake through onboarding
- Coordinate communication between clients, Talent Acquisition, and internal teams
- Schedule interviews, track feedback, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support onboarding logistics and ensure readiness for new hires




- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Provide regular updates on requisition status and progress
- Identify potential delays or issues and escalate when needed
**What You Will Bring**
- 2+ years of experience in staffing coordination, recruiting coordination, client services, or similar roles
- Advanced communication skills in English, written and verbal.
- Experience with CRM or ATS systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
