**We are searching for the best talent for Principal Automation Technician to be in Ciudad Juarez, Salvarcar plant.

**You will be responsible for**:
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

- Operate assigned manual, semi-automated, or automated assembly stations in accordance with approved work instructions.
- Perform product assembly,
component loading, subassembly handling, and work-in-process movement per manufacturing requirements.
- Verify materials, components, labels, lots, and quantities before and during production.
- Perform assigned in-process inspections and visual checks.
- Complete production records, checklists, and traceability documentation accurately and on time.
- Perform basic piece counts and support scrap reporting as required.
- Maintain proper material identification and segregation to prevent mix-ups.
- Monitor line conditions for alarms, jams, shortages, or visible process deviations and report them as needed.
- Stop the process and report issues when product quality, traceability, or safety may be affected
- Support containment of suspect or nonconforming material per procedure.
- Maintain 5S, cleanliness, and compliance with GMP, PPE, and controlled-environment requirements.
- Follow shift instructions and support normal production flow.
- Follow all company policies related to safety, quality, hygiene, traceability, and conduct.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed within the scope of the position.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff,
responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- Minimum required: completed middle school / junior high school.
- Preferred: completed high school.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred.
- Experience in automated or semi-automated lines is preferred.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of work instructions, visual aids, and standard operating procedures.
- Basic knowledge of material handling and traceability.
- Ability to perform manual assembly and handle small or delicate components.
- Ability to identify visible defects and report process deviations.
- Basic knowledge of GMP and contamination prevention practices.
- Ability to complete production documentation accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic computer and data entry skills preferred.
- Cleanroom or controlled-environment experience preferred.
