**What you'll do**:
- Ensure all data is accurately entered into the system.
- Make follow-up calls to potential clients.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients.
- Answer and evaluate incoming calls from potential clients to determine whether they should be retained by the firm or referred to other firms, while entering client contact information into the system.
