**Trinity Corporate IT**is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative professional to join our office in **Queretaro, Mexico** as **Program Manager, Enterprise Systems**.
**What You'll Do**:
- Ensure configurations and processes are compatible with the enterprise UKG WFM Pro suite.
- Maintain comprehensive technical, functional, and operational knowledge of the UKG WFM Pro suite.
- Conduct thorough consultations with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify optimal UKG WFM Pro configurations and workflows.
- Act as Solution Lead or Technical Project Manager, coordinating with broader project teams and overseeing technical design.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, management, and partners to ensure project alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain relevant project documentation, such as work plans, status reports, and risk assessments; assist in guiding project tasks among team members.
- Support UKG WFM Pro and implement the platform, including requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and go-live procedures.
- Leads and coordinates payroll-related IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements, project timelines, and quality standards.
- Comprehend complex business processes and identify needs not readily apparent to business partners or end users.
- Translate requirements from business to functional and technical details.
- Partners with HR, Payroll Operations, Finance, and external vendors to gather requirements, resolve system issues, and ensure successful system updates or deployments.
- Support Payroll by participating in payroll processing and related calculations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and policy adherence.




- Plans, organizes, and executes technical and functional test cycles for payroll systems, including test case design, scheduling, and validation of results.
- Identifies, documents, and escalates defects discovered during testing phases, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Provides project status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.
- Delivers training and post‐deployment support to end‐users to ensure successful adoption of new features or system changes.
- Collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams.
- Configure and maintain business structures, data views, control center, timekeeping, user access, pay rules, scheduling, absence management, and accruals.
- Act as primary contact between HRIS, Finance, Payroll, and Operational teams.
- Comply with enterprise technology and change management policies.
- Work collaboratively with end-users to analyze workflows, develop system support, translate business and user needs into system specifications, and document requirements.
- Drive solution development throughout its lifecycle, ensuring requirement alignment.
- Support system maintenance, upgrades, implementation, definition, build, testing, and interfaces.
- Provide production support, manage patches/upgrades, infrastructure,



technical and functional enhancements.
- Identify and resolve issues or inconsistencies in integration, interfaces and Dataview reports.
**What You'll Have**:
- Bachelor's degree or minimum five years' equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on configuration and administration of Kronos Workforce Central version 7 or higher.
- Experience with UKG WFM Pro suite (Dimensions).
- Familiarity with Kronos Timekeeper, Attendance, Scheduling, Analytics, and Integration Manager.
- Expertise in configuring, deploying, and maintaining Kronos InTouch clocks using Workforce Device Manager.
- At least 5 years of proven experience managing IT projects and providing functional and technical support for HR and Payroll systems.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, capable of conveying information effectively to diverse audiences, including project teams and executives, fostering business relationships.
- Knowledge of audit, system lifecycle, and regulatory controls.
- Working understanding of Software Maintenance Lifecycle, covering production support, patching/upgrades, infrastructure, and enhancements.
- Awareness of organizational change impact on system functionality.
- Functional knowledge and experience designing processes supporting Human Resources and Payroll, including regulatory compliance.
- HIGHLY PREFERRED: Experience with cloud deployments of UKG Pro Workforce Management.
- HIGHLY PREFERRED: Experience with Nomix (MX System of record and Payroll).
- HIGHLY PREFERRED: Three years' labor and workforce experience in the manufacturing industry.
- HIGHLY PREFERRED: External, customer-facing, business consulting background.
