**We are searching for the best talent for BUSINESS EXCELLENCE TECHNICIAN II to be in Ciudad Juarez, Horizontes Plant.
**
**Purpose**:Provides support under supervision in the complex-by-nature assignments, which require criteria, initiative and the ability to solve problems, such as operations analysis, support in the balancing of lines, processes standardization, lean manufacturing, among others.
**You will be responsible for**:
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Trains groups of associates in department initiative.
- Provides support in the use of lean manufacturing tools.
- Provides information in the advance of the projects or activities to the area or project leaders.
- Reports to the operational excellence manager any irregularities found in the audits.
- Develops graphs, charts, schemes, drawings and presentations.
- Develops and support the development of training material.
- Generates purchase orders and follows the applicable procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures in regard of Environment, Health and Safety.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as neededProvides support under supervision in assignments that are complex in nature, in which judgment, own initiative and the ability to solve problems are required, such as operations analysis, support in line balancing, process standardization, lean manufacturing audits, among others
- Trains the department initiative associates groups
- Provides support in the use of lean manufacturing tools.
Provides information on the progress of projects or activities to area or project leaders
- Provide support in all Innova Program and MSP requirements.
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- High school, technical degree or equivalent is required.
- From 0 to 2 years.
- Knowledge in the medical device industry and/or in a 6 Sigma or lean manufacturing department is preferred Or currently pursuing a professional degree in engineering (preferred)
- Ability to use computer software programs (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Power BI, Minitab, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma tools is expected.
