As a **Trade Marketing Coordinator**, you are responsible for ensuring the nationwide execution of Trade Marketing strategies in the hardware channel, guaranteeing the proper implementation of commercial initiatives across the country.
The role focuses on operational alignment, standardization of commercial processes, and the effective connection between strategy, in-store execution, and sales results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Align commercial strategies through proper data analysis and management, working closely with regional teams and ensuring consistent rollout across all areas.
- Manage and coordinate external suppliers for design, printed materials, and promotional assets, ensuring high-quality deliverables in collaboration with the Procurement team.
- Gather operational input from regional teams, identify opportunities, and coordinate solutions and alternatives that strengthen **sell-in** and **sell-out** strategies.
- Ensure the proper execution of commercial initiatives such as product launches, campaigns, promotional activities, and point-of-sale events.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
- More than **3 years of experience** in Trade Marketing, commercial execution, or similar commercial roles.
- More than **3 years of experience** in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies.
- More than **3 years of experience** working closely with in-store operations teams and sales teams.
- Proven experience in planning and executing commercial initiatives, product launches, and BTL campaigns.
- Advanced Excel and intermediate English
