3+ years in B2B collections
Excel proficiency
Experience in logistics of transportation strongly preferred
Fluent Spanish / Business English strongly preferred
Your key responsibilities are:
Manage and own the portfolio of domestic and international B2B accounts (USD & MXN).
Monitor invoices due and past due, ensuring timely and consistent follow-up.
Coordinate with Billing, Operations, and Sales to resolve disputes (detention, accessorials, PODs, rate differences, etc.).
Send statements, reminders, and formal collection notices in a professional and firm manner.
Negotiate payment commitments and structured payment plans when required.
Track and document all collection activities, promises to pay, and outcomes in the system.
Escalate high-risk or non-compliant accounts and recommend service holds when necessary.
