**Position Summary**
Responsible of leading, developing and implementing Environmental, Health and Safety strategies across Divisions and Facilities.
Ensures complete compliance with corporate, legal regulations and standards.
Continuous improvement of the EHS risk management and leadership alignment.
Ensures execution of high impact strategies that engage all employees.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement EHS Management systems aligned with corporate standards and legal compliance.
- Ensure facilities maintain certifications, compliance documentation and permits.
- Leads EHS audits of EHS Management plans and ensures timely corrective actions.
- Risk Management and incident prevention by stablishing assessments and mitigation plans.
- Own track and analyze overall EHS performance at all division and functions.
- Creates sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction, emissions control, energy efficiency and environmental impact.
- Leads the systems implementation in facilities as ISO*****, ISO***** and equivalents.
- Oversee emergency response plans and crisis communication protocols
- Report EHS performance to divisional and corporate leadership.
- Helps develop EHS champions within the facilities with an emphasis on achieving the division's goals, objectives, and implementation plans relative to the Corporate and Division requirements.
- Complete Corporate EHS compliance assessments in the division.
- Coordinates,
manages and provides training at all levels and divisions.
- Ensures on-going education of all employees in EHS.
- Provides high level of technical and operational recommendations in meeting manufacturing goals, minimizing business interruption risk due to noncompliance, and maintaining a safe, accident-free workplace.
- Supports the proper startup, permitting, and training for new facilities.
- Supervise all Parker Apodaca allocations.
- Represents the Division at external meetings and seminars, presents progress to both internal and external audiences; Shares "best practice" methods and ideas with other EHS managers and leaders across Parker.
- Collaborates with Location Security protocols and systems.
- Prepares division/sales company budget plan for department, forecast and subsequent implementation; Recruits, trains and develops staff to deploy these services as required
**- Qualifications**
- Bachelor ́s degree in Engineering such as EHS or related science.
- Advanced English proficiency (C+).
- 12 years of experience in Ergonomics or behavior-based safety.
- 6+ years in a leadership role
- Advance knowledge of applicable EHS regulations.
- High experience leading EHS programs.
