New Life Mexico, Part of General Network of IVF clinics and Surrogacy Agencies is pleased to announce the vacancy for Manager.
Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and operational management of the agency's IVF and surrogacy programs.
This role ensures that all processes are executed efficiently, ethically, and in full alignment with internal policies and applicable regulations, while maintaining the highest standards of client care and professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring all programs progress in a timely, structured, and efficient manner
- Act as the primary decision-maker for operational matters, ensuring prompt and well-judged resolutions
- Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring proper distribution of workload while maintaining oversight and accountability
- Demonstrate strong awareness of delegation culture by empowering team members and ensuring efficient use of team capabilities
- Supervise, support, and guide all team members, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations
- Foster a strong, respectful, and collaborative internal culture, serving as a role model for professionalism, accountability, and ethical behavior
- Ensure high standards of client communication, transparency, and overall experience throughout the program lifecycle
- Handle escalations, sensitive situations, and client concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments (medical, legal, finance) and external partners to ensure smooth program execution
- Ensure compliance with all internal procedures, legal requirements, and documentation standards
- Monitor program progress, identify risks or delays,
and implement timely solutions
- Ensure the timely collection, verification, and submission of all required operational and performance reports to Headquarters (HQ)
**Leadership and Crisis Management**
- Maintain a calm, composed, and solution-oriented approach in all situations, including high-pressure or challenging circumstances
- Demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving skills without creating unnecessary escalation
- In situations of urgency or uncertainty, ensure stability within the team by managing communication effectively and preventing panic
- Take responsibility for de-escalating issues, guiding the team toward practical solutions, and maintaining operational continuity
- Support and reassure team members, creating a stable and confident working environment
**Accountability**
The Agency Manager is accountable for:
- Overall operational performance and program execution
- Team effectiveness and proper delegation of responsibilities
- Client satisfaction and service quality
- Compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
- Timely collection and submission of accurate reports to HQ
- Maintaining a stable, professional, and solution-oriented work environment
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Education in law and Proven work experience as a corporate lawyer
- Interpersonal skills to work with variety of people each day, build relationship and network
- Confidence and strong self-assuredness
- Highly motivated and result driven
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Advance knowledge of English is a must.
