What You'll Do
- Partner with internal teams to determine the scope of testing to ensure maximum test coverage.
- Plan and execute tests for new, modified, or existing solutions to ensure that the final product meets high-quality standards, is fully functional, and satisfies the end user's expectations.
- Work collaboratively with the development team on issue resolution and recommended program improvements.
- Perform regression/smoke tests when necessary to ensure that the product is of good quality before delivery.
- Report test results, QA status, and risks to the project team.
- Replicate and analyze issues related to the current system or reported by the customer, including database and environment-level investigation.
- Assist customers with testing/training and hardware setup for testing when necessary.
- Travel to customer sites and company locations when necessary.
- Other tasks as needed.
What You Bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or relevant discipline.
- Strong experience in the Central/Latin America retail market and POS process knowledge.
Hands-on experience with manual testing.
- Office Skills (Word, Excel, PPT)

- Basic SQL / Databases

- Ability to work with various QA/Testing tools and technologies (i.e. Jira, Testlink, SOAP UI, Postman)
- Scripting (Python) experience is an advantage

- Retail Process Knowledge (Retail Experience) a big plus
