We're looking for a **Fund Operations Associate** who thrives in structure, precision, and process excellence.

**The Role**
As a **Fund Operations Associate**, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless financial operations — from investor reporting to loan servicing and fund administration.
Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely communication across stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage investor reporting, financial statements, and account documentation across systems (Entrilia, HubSpot).
- Generate and distribute monthly investor statements and audit confirmations.
- Support loan closing and administration, including amortization schedules and payment data updates.
- Process borrower servicing requests (transaction histories, ACH forms, manual schedules).
- Maintain accurate records in loan management and document systems (Egnyte, DH, TVAL).
- Coordinate monthly lender remittances and ensure data integrity across all financial reports.
**What We're Looking For**
- **2-4 years of experience** in financial operations, fund accounting, or loan administration.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with systems like HubSpot, Entrilia, Egnyte, or DocuSign.
- Familiarity with financial modeling tools (e.g., TVAL) is a plus.




- Intermediate to advanced English level preferred.
