We're looking for a highly skilled **Senior Web Designer**to join our team.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to our highest-priority web projects and experiments, ensuring they align with our brand and business goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary design lead for a growth marketing and web pod, developing and implementing strategies to enhance web performance and user engagement.
- Lead the design process for critical web projects and experiments, from wireframing and prototyping to final execution.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to deliver impactful product launches and experiments.
- Ensure design consistency and efficiency by contributing to and maintaining our design system.Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating your design decisions and rationale.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in web design, with a focus on UI/UX and conversion-oriented design.
- Proven experience leading design projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design and a track record of successful projects.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Rive)
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.Experience contributing to or managing a design system is a plus.
