**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- English level advanced B2-C1 fluent conversation.

- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
- Work on site Monterrey EPAM NEORIS's office.

**Responsibilities**:
Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance business efficiency and productivity.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Create detailed business requirements documentation and functional specifications.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to drive business results.
