**Schedule**:Dayshift | Monday-Thursday | 6:30 AM-6:30 PM
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Provide hands-on support for IT equipment, software, and collaboration tools across the site
- Deliver onsite support for factory-managed IT/OT assets




- Execute cybersecurity tasks for OT systems and respond to incidents
- Maintain and support kiosks, printers, scanners, CCTV, badging systems, and vendor machines
- Identify and monitor critical assets requiring protection
- Install and configure security patches and remediation measures
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure secure and optimized systems
- Report abnormal OT system behavior and escalate security events
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
**Your Background**
- Formal education or apprenticeship in IT from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of professional IT support experience
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS, Production equipment communications and asset management tools
- ITIL 4 and Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
