Program Planning and Execution**: Lead the development, planning, and
- execution of multiple projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on
- time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans,
- including schedules, milestones, risk management strategies, and resource
- allocation.
** Client Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for
- customers, managing communication and expectations.
Conduct periodic Business
- Review with assigned customers.
Lead and participate on meetings held with
- customers.
Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage to grow the account organically within their account.
Oversee contract negotiation and management, ensuring all terms
- and conditions are met.
**Budget and Financial Management**: Manage sales budget for the site or
- assigned customers, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate financial forecasting and profitability analysis.
Drive cost-saving
- initiatives and value engineering efforts to optimize project profitability.
** Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all projects meet or exceed
- customer quality expectations and comply with relevant industry standards and
- regulations.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any non-conformities and implement corrective actions as necessary.
