**PRINICIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
Provide leadership for control in the process.
Problem solving ability-Support the corrective action system (internal and external)
Provide technical support to production and manufacturing regarding sort and rework activities
Provide leadership to technicians
Works closely with logistics, planning, R&D; and quality for any support need it
Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor of the department
Performs activities related to safety.
