**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Work with high voltage and low voltage systems as required.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to identify issues.
- Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to NEC regulations at all times.
- Participate in renovation projects as needed, providing electrical expertise for modifications or upgrades.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Electrician in both industrial and commercial settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) is a plus.




- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage, low voltage, and NEC standards.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Experience with frame carpentry or maintenance person tasks is beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Must be able to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety guidelines.
