**Position Overview**
**What you'll do**
- Continuously improve sourcing methods to attract strong talent.
- Work closely with teams like HRBP, Total Rewards, Finance, Payroll, HR, Training, and Operations to meet hiring goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary ranges,



and local job markets to offer useful insights and suggestions for attracting top talent.
- Provide backup support to the Talent Acquisition Manager when needed.
- All other duties as assigned
**Who you are**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Englis skills B2+, or Above.
- Soft Skills, Leadership, Team Building, Excellent Communication, Teamwork.
Conflict management, Objectives Establishment.
- **_Availability_**_ to work on-site, with one day a week working from home._
