NPI Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Product Introduction & Development:
- Collaborate with R&D;, design, and manufacturing teams to understand product designs and requirements.
- Lead efforts to assess DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Test).
- Engineering Change Management
- Product Transfer
- SFC System Management
- Project Management
- SMT Knowledge
- Customer contact

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in NPI or a similar role in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with PCB assembly, SMT (Surface Mount Technology), and electronic manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of DFM, DFT, and reliability engineering principles.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO ****,
IPC standards for electronics, and/or automotive standards like IATF *****.
- Competence in data analysis and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Six Sigma methodologies).
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
