- **About the Role**- We are looking for a high-performing Demand Planner & Supply Chain Specialist to oversee and optimize our demand planning and supply chain operations across the full commercial cycle — from sell-in to sell-thru and sell-out.
This role is responsible for aligning demand forecasts with financial goals, retail plans, and sales objectives, ensuring product availability while minimizing inventory risks.

- Integrate sell-in, sell-thru, and sell-out data to build accurate and actionable demand plans.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Retail teams to ensure alignment between supply and commercial objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels, aging, and turnover to optimize stock health and reduce obsolescence.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain responsiveness and forecast accuracy.




- Manage supply chain risks and opportunities to ensure product availability and operational efficiency-

What You Need to Be Successful**- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning and supply chain management, preferably in retail or consumer electronics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and planning tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and demand forecasting platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.

- Background in retail and ECOM operations and the consumer electronics industry.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with regional/global teams.
- Familiarity with S&OP; processes and supply chain analytics.
