**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The Human Rights Analyst will support the company's global supply chain human rights program by conducting research, monitoring risks, analyzing data, and providing operational and administrative support.
This role will focus on gathering and synthesizing information from internal systems, external stakeholders, and third-party sources to inform risk assessments, due diligence, and reporting.
Working closely with the Supply Chain Human Rights Manager, the Analyst will help translate human rights findings into actionable insights for procurement, sustainability, customer, and legal teams.
**Your Impact**
As Global Human Rights Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
Risk Monitoring
- Monitor global human rights developments, regulations, and trends relevant to the company's supply chains,



including high-risk geographies, commodities, and labor practices.
- Prepare regular risk reports and data summaries to enable data-drive decision making by the Global Human Rights Office and key internal stakeholders, using detailed risk maps to visualize human rights risks across the company's operations and supply chain, highlighting high-risk geographies, sectors, and segments.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of human rights risks, incidents, and country profiles to inform procurement, sourcing, and other business decisions.
Horizon Scanning
- Conduct regular benchmarking and competitive analysis to inform and shape the Company's human rights strategy and initiatives, providing recommendations to HR Office leadership.
- Analyze industry and human rights trends, data, research, and reports to identify best practices and help inform the Company's human rights strategy.
- Analyze existing resources, guidelines, tools, and templates on forced labor and other relevant topics and develop and compile targeted supplier capacity building toolkits.
- Collaborate with the Manager to pilot and scale innovative tools across the supply chain.
Customer Engagement
- Establish processes to effectively monitor, track, and respond to all customer requests, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure the Company's manuf.

- Develop and maintain a centralized repository of customer-facing human rights materials and FAQs to support the integral customer teams, ensuring readiness for increasing customer scrutiny.
- Liaise with customers, as needed, to provide overview of PepsiCo's human rights due diligence program, answer questions, and submit information (e.g., surveys, document requests, etc.)
- Manage and respond to day-to-day internal stakeholder inquiries for human rights information (e.g., RFPs, ESG submissions, etc.)
Operational and Project Support
- Prepare materials for leadership meetings with the Global Human Rights Office, Procurement Leads, Customer, and Top to Top supplier and customer meetings.
- Maintain internal tools, checklists, and templates used for supplier and customer engagement and human rights diligence program (e.g., maintaining active supplier list, etc.)
- Help coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and training sessions on human rights topics and emerging issues.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?
**
**Education**
- Bachelors degree required; An advanced degree in public policy, corporate responsibility, supply chain management, sustainability or related field preferred (but not required)
**Experience**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (required) and Spanish
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role, ideally with some prior experience in project management, consulting, or corporate responsibility.
- Knowledge of human rights, social compliance, and/or global supply chains
- Prior experience with data analysis, supply chains, human rights, social impact, social compliance, and/or risk management
- Advanced ability with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal comm
