**SEND Teaching Assistant (KS3 & KS4) - Full Time - Leeds**

Veritas Education is currently working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Leeds to recruit a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant, specialising in Key Stage 3 and 4.
This is a full-time position, adecuado for someone passionate about supporting students with additional needs.
**The Role**:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of SEND including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
- Assist in delivering tailored interventions and support plans in collaboration with the SENCO.
- Promote an inclusive learning environment and support positive student engagement.
- Track progress and contribute to EHCP targets and behaviour support plans.
**Requirements**:
- Experience supporting students with SEND at KS3 and/or KS4.
- Calm,
patient and empathetic approach to working with young people.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with teaching staff.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEND (desirable but not essential).
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
