Responsibilities: This position gives you the opportunity to lead key activities to advance YOUR career, the main ones are:
- Develop and execute SFE strategies and programs tailored to specialty care products and customer dynamics.
- Design and implement optimal territory and account segmentation, call plans, etc.
- Partner with commercial leaders to translate brand strategies into actionable sales priorities, account plans, and performance metrics.
- Lead CRM optimization initiatives: define field processes, standardize call and account documentation, improve data capture and usability for insights and forecasting.
- Develop role-based capability frameworks and deliverables for sales teams, including onboarding, continuous training, coaching tools, and competency assessments.
- Create and manage dashboards, KPIs and reporting to measure SFE program impact (e.g., sales productivity, call quality,
share-of-voice, account coverage, pull-through, conversion rates).
¿Why You?
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineer or related field.
- 6+ years' relevant experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles with at least 3 years focused on Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, or Sales Excellence in specialty care (e.g., oncology, rare/orphan disease, immunology).
- Demonstrated experience designing territory models, account segmentation, and coverage plans for specialty or institutionally-focused therapy areas.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce), BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and statistical/analytics tools to drive decisions.
- Deep understanding of specialty care stakeholders and complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent.
Working model and location
- This role is based in Mexico.
The working model is hybrid with agreed days in office and remote work.
