**The Role**
We're accepting applicants who can do Sales and Customer Support.
This role focuses on generating sales, nurturing client relationships, and creating opportunities that benefit both your professional growth and the company's performance.
High sales translate into more advancement opportunities and higher commissions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Reach out to past clients to upsell services and schedule appointments
- Handle cold calling and sales opportunities starting from the third month onward
- Receive and respond to both emergency and routine calls from prospective clients
- Schedule jobs for available technicians and follow up to ensure completion
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to guarantee client satisfaction and secure 5-star reviews
- Communicate job orders and schedules to field teams




- Submit daily sales reports at the end of each shift
- Optimize scheduling to maximize efficiency
- Provide progress and performance reports to management
- Follow up with leads from expos, advertisements, and other sources
- Identify new sales and marketing opportunities
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Has at least 6 months of experience in call center industry or related
**Requirements**:
- Actively seeking full-time work with no other job commitments
- Available to work in Mountain Standard Time (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)
