**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure product quality.
- Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using Python Node JS TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Develop and maintain test scripts and test cases to support continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance.
- Drive the adoption of innovative testing methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.




- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues and defects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and practices.
- Engage with product managers and developers to understand requirements and design effective test scenarios.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of testing tools and technologies to recommend enhancements.
- Support the deployment of software releases by conducting thorough regression testing.
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python Node JS TypeScript and JavaScript for test automation.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Show experience in testing devices is a plus enhancing domain-specific knowledge.
- Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
- Display the ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.

**Certifications Required**
