Audit the checklist are filled correctly and signed.
- Collect all the data about issues in the line reported and request action plan to fix.
- Record the attendance, overtime for the quality inspectors, and share to HR.
- Develop a plan for the training for the quality Inspectors and manage the skill matrix.
- Create weekly reports according with the findings and action plan to improve the quality.
- Audit the controls in the line.
