The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the CFE (Comisión Federal de Electricidad) sector in Mexico.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the energy industry.
The Key Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in CFE and the energy industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within CFE and the energy market.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for successful product and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and sales activities, achieving sales targets for company growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of the CFE and energy industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities,



and proficiency in Spanish and English.
