**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in Visual Basic.Net CITS and Java essential for developing robust business solutions.
- Have a foundational understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance Governance Risk & Compliance or Finance & Accounting which is advantageous.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges.
- Exhibit effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
- Display attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Be self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote work environment.
**Certifications Required**
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals Oracle Certified Associate Java SE Programmer
