Work for the finance /operations department of a company that supplies services to diverse industries in the US providing solutions for facility maintenance, executing period close for the business units and explaining the variances between the budget and the actual results.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance,
- Business 3 + years of experience in related field; and broad-based experience with SAP FICO modules
- Must have experience documenting and implementing accounting processes and controls.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other operating groups.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively meet deadlines.
- Bilingual English / Spanish Proficient level
**Main Responsabilities**:
- Executes period close processes.
- Serves as the primary intercompany contact with trading partners.
- Maintains business unit's general ledger, including the execution of journal entries.




- Assists with the development and implementation of accounting processes and internal controls.
- Analyzes major accounts and prepares scheduled reconciliation of subsidiary accounts to the general ledger.
- Identifies and resolves problems and inconsistencies and suggests corrective procedures.
- Provides supporting documentation to external auditors for AR, Cash, and related.
