In this position, you will have a key role in the production line in our site at Apodaca, Mexico.
In this role you will drive production efficiency by creating and maintaining detailed production schedules, executing daily, plant-level materials requirement planning to meet delivery schedules and ensure on time delivery to all customers.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Generating detailed production schedules to maximize the use of resources and meet production specifications and schedules.




- Establishing the sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates in line with the master plan.
- Monitoring performance, identifying root causes of any deviations and implementing relevant improvements.
- Assisting Production Planners with clear communication of any production capacity issues, and details of material availability.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Engineering or related.
- 5 years of experience working in similar positions.
- Experience in materials, production, programming and planning, as a buyer.
- Experience working in Project Administration.
- Advanced level in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge in finance, continuous improvement and APICS.
- Experience in Leadership.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills, teamwork and organized.
- Advanced English level.
