**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
This position will provide support to the field DC Service team for Frito-Lay US.
By pro-actively researching, identifying and resolving system issues, outages, compliance coding issues and incomplete loads, this team will have a direct impact on service to sales.
**Your Impact**:
As TW95a_DC Service Analyst your functions would consist of
**Functional Responsibilities**
Key supply chain planning activities for this role include:
- Review Systems Notifications in ICS and notify site for resolution
- Review POG Dashboard Highlight and share impact of In-Stock opportunities
- Review, resolve Compliance/Non-Compliance Coding issues and provide feedback to the sites (Collaborate with field partners)
- Review loads/facility transfers that have not been completed from prior weeks and follow up with site on findings
- Participate in calls with upstream and downstream partners.
- Collaborate with field partners
- Execute adhoc assignments as needed

**Who Are We Looking For?
**
**Education**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Planning or similar field required.
**Experience**
- Fluent English written and verbal skills required.
- 1- 3 yrs experience working in Supply Chain Planning with SAP programs familiarity preferred
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong customer service and communicational skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, while possessing the flexibility to assist and lead others
- Willingness to work off shifts, longer hours, weekends, and holidays when business needs require it
- Basic working knowledge of Marketing, Product Supply, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Field Sales, Purchasing and Accounting preferred
