- Implementation and validation of new processes in ERP system.
- Train users in the operation of the systems.
- Sending newsletters with information on various topics.
- Install, update, and configure software (Windows, office, antivirus, kiosk).
- Maintain updated equipment inventory.
- Address voice and data incidents (Switch, Firewall, Network Configuration).
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance to servers and computer equipment.
- Installation and maintenance of systems.
- Thoroughly document information technology processes in the company, including operational, development, and systems maintenance processes.
- Collaborate closely with teams from different areas to understand their processes and technological requirements.




- Identify areas of improvement in existing processes and propose efficient and effective solutions.
Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of IT processes, identifying possible points of optimization.
- Create and maintain detailed and updated documentation of procedures and policies related to information technology.
- Provide support in the implementation of changes in IT processes, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption.
- Collaborate in the identification and evaluation of software tools and emerging technologies that can improve company processes.
