- Program Manager 4- Licenciatura in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business or similar.
- English 90%
- Competence in Microsoft Office, Google tools (Sheets. Presentation).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in customer service / program management with technical knowledge in repairs.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to manage a group of direct reporting employees.
- Excellent negotiation skills, ability to speak and negotiate with clients.
- Understand the shipping process / methods and incoterms.
- Manage: OTD, PPV, ECO, E & O, quote process, stock records, yields, customer request and reports.
- Flexibility (able to take calls / meeting outside standard working time)
- Capable of managing the client's visit / agenda, visits to the plant
Understand all aspects required to launch a new program or order- It serves as a site link between the company and the customer to ensure that the customer's needs are met.
